Tyler Upper serves as Director of Customs Brokerage at Reliable Logistics. He first started working in the Canadian Customs Brokerage industry 22 Years ago and has since obtained several certificates in International Freight Forwarding and continues to gain experience in the warehousing, distribution, and ecommerce order fulfilment. Over the past 5 years, Tyler worked with Canada Customs to certify several warehouses into becoming Free Trade Zones whilst onboarding several large clients and reducing Duties and Taxes to ensure a streamline solution with limited impact to delivery commitment times.

With 20+ years of experience, Tyler has become very knowledgeable with the rules and regulations, assisting importer, and carriers import packages to the North America market. He will touch base on several programs available to Canada for smooth clearance to Canada and the United States.
