Charles Brewer, a British national, is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Pos Malaysia Berhad since 1 August 2021. Charles is experienced in the supply chain industry namely e-commerce logistics, cross-border fulfilment, first & last mile delivery, logistics & supply-chain management, business & digital transformation, among others.

Right before joining Pos Malaysia, Charles was the Chief Operating Offer at Canada Post and had a 34-year career with DHL Express in various roles, and has worked in Malaysia, Philippines, South Africa, Europe, Middle East and America.

Throughout his career, Charles has demonstrated ability to manage diversity and understands cross-cultural differences, having spent time in various parts of the world, including Malaysia.

Outside of work, Charles loves his food and is an ardent football fan.

Charles graduated from University of Reading, United Kingdom. He also holds an Advanced Logistics diploma from Cranfield University School of Management and completed the Advanced Senior Executive Management Programme at Henley Business School in the United Kingdom.
